• Prevention is better than cure and if you feel you are going down with influenza, take a hot bath with 3 drops each of lavender and ti-tree and go to bed immediately afterwards.
• If you succumb to the virus, bed rest is needed for the duration of the influenza. Vaporize lavender, ti-tree, rosemary or eucalyptus in a burner in your bedroom and drink lots of fluids, especially herbal teas.
